Scripps Networks is restructuring the company’s operations department, to include the promotion of three key members of the division.
John Ajamie has been promoted from vice president of broadcast operations to senior vice president of broadcast operations and maintenance engineering. Additional advancements include Mike Donovan, promoted from vice president to senior vice president of engineering and satellite distribution technologies, and Tim Harty promoted from manager to director of engineering.
With Ajamie’s promotion to SVP, the company’s maintenance and engineering activities will align with the operations division under Ajamie’s supervision. New responsibilities involve a lead role in the company’s High Definition Television initiative, and the integration of GAC with the other Scripps Networks brands.
