Integrated Broadcasting in Hyderabad, India, has reached a deal with the Associated Press to base the workflow of its new iNews TV channel on the Electronic News Production System (ENPS) to support its forthcoming news operations.

The iNews TV setup uses ENPS, Omnibus automation and servers for ingest, production and playout, Apple Final Cut Pro for craft editing, Omneon ProBrowse for low-res editing and Vizrt for news graphics. The ENPS system is installed at the channel, and about 80 people have been trained to use it. When it goes live, the station will broadcast in the Telugu language.
