ISIS Group purchases Graham-Patten Systems

The Graham-Patten D/ESAM 8000 eight-bus digital audio mixer will continue to be available, thanks to a new acquisition agreement with The ISIS Group.

Eight employees of Grass Valley CA-based Graham-Patten Systems were saved from the unemployment line by The ISIS Group recently, when ISIS bought the company from Klotz Digital.

ISIS announced the purchase last month, after it had signed an agreement with Klotz Digital America to acquire the assets and retain its employees. The merger became official Oct. 1. No financial details were provided.

The newly formed division of ISIS Group will continue to produce video, audio, and signal management and processing products while pursuing the development of GPS’ next generation of audio mixing, conversion and distribution products.

GPS employees are currently in the process of moving into a building in Grass Valley leased by ISIS Group, which will also house Comprep, ISIS’ recently acquired IC processing board division.
