Magna Systems supplies Temasek Polytechnic with Chyron LEX2, Lyric PRO

Magna Systems and Engineering will supply and install seven Chyron graphic workstations, including the LEX2 CG with Lyric PRO software and offline workstations, for Temasek Polytechnic. The new CGs will form part of the online and offline systems at Temasek’s media training school and teaching environment for TV production equipment.

Chyron’s LEX2 can be configured with up to two channels and two optional clip players with Chyron’s Lyric PRO advanced creation and playout application. The LEX2 features seamless creation to playout, real-time 2-D/3-D animation and a host of hardware and software features, including 2-D and 3-D object import, advanced text and image effects, intelligent interface and database link update, macro creation/execution and an HD/SD high-quality 3-D DVE.
