MSTV elects board of directors

Members of the Association for Maximum Service Television (MSTV) elected its Board of Directors for 2009-10 at its 53rd Annual Meeting during the NAB Show in Las Vegas.
Robert Hubbard, president and CEO, Hubbard Television Group and VP of Hubbard Broadcasting, was elected to serve as chairman of the board. He replaces outgoing MSTV chairman Elizabeth Murphy Burns, president, Morgan Murphy Media, who has served since 2005.
Martin Franks, CBS executive VP, planning, policy and government relations, will occupy the position of vice chairman. Paul McTear, president and CEO of Raycom Media, was elected to serve as the secretary/treasurer.
