MTV Networks North installs MediaGeniX WHATS’On

MediaGeniX has implemented its broadcast management and scheduling software, WHATS’On, at MTV Networks North. The broadcaster acquired several channels in the last couple of years (TMF, Nickelodeon and The Box), and to counter the resulting complexity of its internal organization, the broadcaster chose WHATS’On to manage its multiple channels with one stationwide backbone.
By the end of 2008, MTV Networks North will be managing about 10 channels from within WHATS’On (Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and MTV channels).
