Nucomm announces patent

The U.S. Patent Office has issued Nucomm a patent for its “Digital Transmission of Broadcast Signals, including HDTV signals, over a Microwave Analog Link,” the company said last week.
Patent No. US 7,359,450 covers Nucomm’s development of its Analog Coder product line, which allows digital signals, including HD, to be transmitted over an existing conventional analog microwave link at data rates as high as 30Mb/s along with several analog audio subcarriers.
