Panasonic launches new microsite for compact HD switcher

Panasonic Broadcast has launched a new microsite for the AV-HS400 multiformat live switcher, available to customers worldwide, at www.panasonic-broadcast.com/hs400.

The site includes production information and specifications, as well as a section on accessories for the AV-HS400, a product comparison chart and downloadable documentation.

The AV-HS400 offers a variety of video effects with multiformat HD/SD inputs/outputs and up to eight channels. The switcher includes four HD/SD-SDI inputs standard, upgradeable to eight. Analog component and DVI inputs are available as an option, with each input featuring a 10-bit frame synchronizer enabling asynchronous video signal inputs.

The AV-HS400 also features a multiview display of PGM, PVW and input video on a single monitor, a variety of quick preset functions, and SD memory card storage for transferring images and user settings.
