Pro-Bel has acquired the assets of Vistek Electronics.

Vistek provides a wide range of SD and HD interface products to the broadcast industry.

The combination of the two companies gives Pro-Bel reach into additional markets and allows the company to offer solutions that include automatic HD signal processing, routing and format conversion.
