Scientific Atlanta, now a Cisco company, will showcase a wide range of video and distribution products this week at SCTE's 2006 Cable-Tec Expo in Denver.
Using the theme, “Deliver the connected life,” the cable infrastructure company will demonstrate a series of technologies, products and concepts, including: switched digital video, AVC video compression (encoding and decoding), digital content management, cellular backhaul, and video, voice and data with mobility.
The company will also showcase bandwidth enhancement, including 1GHz and node splitting; voice over IP, high-speed and wideband data modems, OSS solutions, OCAP applications, and next-generation set-top boxes.
