Shooters Post adds Sony HDCAM SR

Targeting Philadelphia-area independent moviemakers using digital intermediates, Shooters Post & Transfer has purchased a Sony HDCAM SR SRW-5000 VTR for its facility in Old City, PA.

In the two months since being installed, the SRW-5000 and Sony’s BCT-SR series HDCAM SR videocassettes have already produced RGB digital intermediate (D.I.) transfers for motion pictures originated on film and color-corrected in the facility’s Grass Valley Spirit Datacine and Discreet Fire suites.
