South African media specialist Traffic Corporate Media Communications has launched a new transmission service with OmniBus iTX. Traffic has installed an initial two-channel configuration of iTX with the anticipation that the initial configuration of two channels will be expanded rapidly as customer demand increases.
Traffic offers delivery to all local broadcasters as well as direct services on Intelsat 7 and Galaxy 11 satellites. These coverage footprints allow Traffic's clients to reach more than 15 African countries from one central point with live or delayed transmission.
