FOR-A unveils compact MV-40F Multi-view Monitor



The MV-40F allows users to view up to four channels in a variety of display formats that include full screen, horizontal or vertical half-split display, one to three picture-in-picture display, or quad display.

FOR-A has introduced the MV-40F Multi Viewer, a new four-screen display viewer for video monitoring. The product, adjustable to work in various configurations, also provides a video loss indicator alarm for instant notification of video signal loss or degradation.

The MV-40F, a successor to FOR-A's MV-40E Multi Viewer designed for the broadcast and industrial markets, accepts four asynchronous composite monochrome or color video signals. The MV-40F allows users to view up to four channels in a variety of display formats that include full screen, horizontal or vertical half-split display, one to three picture-in-picture display or quad display.

Features include: freeze function for video displays; built-in character generator, allowing each input to be identified with a one-line title of up to eight characters; on-screen menu on the observation monitor to quickly set parameters; compact footprint (215 w x 44 h x 350 d mm, EIA 1RU half width size). Optional dual or single rack mount brackets are also available.
