Wohler to unveil new HD monitoring products at IBC

Wohler’s VAMP2-S8MDA offers eight-channel analog, AES/EBU, HD-SDI/ SD-SDI digital multichannel audio monitoring and signal conversion as well as professional level metering.
At the upcoming IBC conference in Amsterdam, Wohler Technologies will demonstrate 15 new HD monitoring products. These include audio monitoring devices, the AMP2-E8MDA, the VAMP2-S8MDA Level meter, confidence monitors, alarms and test signal generators.
Designed for mobile production trucks and HD master control facilities, Wohler’s 2RU AMP2-E8MDA, Dolby E and AC-3/Dolby Digital with HD and SD-SDI demuxer and decoded discrete AES outputs, offers seven sets of inputs, and two inputs each for HD or SD-SDI.
The VAMP2-S8MDA offers high-quality, eight-channel analog, AES/EBU,
HD-SDI/ SD-SDI digital multichannel audio monitoring and signal conversion with professional level metering.
Wohler’s family of level meters and confidence monitors now includes new models with HD-SDI / SD-SDI input with auto-detection with eight and 16, 53-segment and 26 level meters in a compact 1RU or 2RU space. Audio alarm features are an added feature on some units.
