ENCO announces use of DADtv for ESPN ‘Monday Night Football’ broadcasts

ENCO Systems is installing DADtv in NEP’s Supershooter 25 broadcast production truck that supports ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” broadcasts.

DADtv is a packaged configuration of ENCO’s popular DAD digital audio playout and automation system targeted for HDTV production. DADtv is used in HDTV production to address new demands for multichannel audio, multiple audio program streams and improved audio workflow.

Not only does DADtv provide native support of HDTV’s 5.1 surround-sound audio standard, it also provides critical rights reporting logs and effectively manages multiple audio streams for a single program.
