Associated Press selects Leitch NEXIO NewsNet

Leitch's NEXIO is a modular, scalable server system for transmission and news environments.

The Associated Press has selected Leitch's NEXIO NewsNet server system with 500 hours of storage and two NEXIO NewsFlash NLE systems to create news stories for distribution over the wire to print, radio and television networks.

The long-standing partnership with AP's ENPS newsroom system has evolved into a tightly integrated solution that has been selected by newsrooms worldwide.

Leitch's NEXIO is a modular, scalable server system for transmission and news environments, which offers integrated application platforms for editing, browsing and media management across a multi-tiered storage hierarchy.
