Bexel delivers gear, engineering support in Torino

Among the equipment Bexel supplied in Torino, Italy, was the EVS XT[2] server.
U.S. video rental company Bexel provided equipment rentals, technical expertise and engineering support to several major U.S. and foreign broadcasters in Torino, Italy, for the 2006 Winter Olympics.

Most of the equipment was used in the International Broadcast Center (IBC), though some gear was used on or adjacent to mobile trucks. The IBC provided feed to the world from every Olympic venue.

Most of Bexel’s equipment was flown-in over a 60-day period prior to the games.
