RF Central will unveil its new RMR-X6-II six-way COFDM diversity receiver at IBC2008 in Amsterdam, Sept. 12-16.
Representing the latest in maximum ratio combining technology, the RMR-X6-II offers superior diversity reception with new features including on-screen display of stream data, Ethernet monitoring for remote control access and IP encapsulation for Internet broadcast.
The receiver supports both SD and HD (SDI) video when paired with an SD or HD external ASI decoder. Delivering a broadcast-rugged package, the RMR-X6-II is outfitted with a straightforward front-panel design, compact chassis and OLED graphic display.
