German news station N24 has contracted Mosart Medialab for a news broadcast automation system.
The project, which will be rolled out throughout 2008, focuses on automating N24’s news broadcast operation, so the channel can run its studio with one or two people. The Newscast Automation system will control graphics, video servers, video switchers, audio mixers, cameras, routers and lights from one console in the control room.
Mosart Newscast Automation is intuitive to use and was created by news editors and producers. Mosart Medialab is fully owned by the TV 2 media group in Norway.
