Leadership workshop to examine bridge collapse coverage

The coverage of the Minneapolis bridge collapse is high on the agenda for the RTNDF News Leadership Workshop Sept. 14-15 in Minneapolis.
A session devoted to the coverage of the tragedy will include a panel of the city’s TV and radio news executives including Bill Dallman, VP of news, KMSP-TV; Jeff Kernan, news director, WCCO-TV; Tom Lindner, VP/news director KARE-TV; and Steve Murphy, managing editor, WCCO Radio. Jill Geisler from The Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg, FL, will moderate the session.
