Maximum Throughput’s MAXedit Server Edition has been endorsed by news production systems manufacturer and reseller Bitcentral.
MAXedit, a scalable, server-based SD/HD editing software solution, enables broadcasters to set up a multiseat editing environment with a rich editing toolset that can be accessed, locally or remotely, from a Web browser on a laptop or workstation.
Bitcentral’s Précis 4.0 news production system, which manages the tapeless HD news production workflow spanning media management, editing and archive, is used by several Bitcentral customers with a Maximum Throughput Sledgehammer, a high-performance network-attached storage device, to fulfill their high-speed online storage needs.
