Red 3.0.2 from Boris FX is now available as a free download for users of Red Version 3GL.

Red 3GL is a plug-in solution that provides integrated broadcast-quality features for titling, compositing and 3-D effects directly inside nonlinear editing systems. Red also includes the Red Engine for stand-alone rendering.

This free update adds support for additional hosts, including the Canopus EDIUS Pro 3 real-time HD/SD editing software, the Media 100 HD HD/SD editing system and the Pinnacle Liquid Edition version 6. The latest version of EDIUS will include a 15-day try and buy version of Boris Red.
