Daktronics acquires European Timing Systems

Daktronics announced that it has acquired European Timing Systems (ETS) in Bristol, England.

Established in 1987, European Timing Systems is a provider of scoreboards and timing systems for cricket, aquatics and rugby in the United Kingdom. The company will operate as Daktronics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition of European Timing Systems will play an important role in the company’s expansion into Europe.
