The euronews channel has selected the SatLink Communications teleport near Jerusalem to transmit its seven-language, 24/7 news channel on SatLink's AsiaSat 2 multiple channels per carrier (MCPC) digital platform.

With its choice of channels in seven languages, which will be expanded to eight this month, transmitted on more than 30 satellites worldwide, euronews is using SatLink's services to extend its channel coverage in the Asia-Pacific region.

Broadcasters worldwide are choosing SatLink's transmission facilities to take advantage of its location, which connects Europe and Asia in one hop, and its comprehensive transmission solutions.
