Internet Broadcasting Systems (IBS) has launched its NowLocal application for iPhone users.

NowLocal is a local news aggregation tool that automatically detects the user's location and provides a feed of local stories from thousands of news sources. As users change their location, NowLocal automatically updates the feed of stories based on their new location, providing hyper-local news results down to the zip code level.

The application marks IBS' first foray into consumer software applications. It will be available for free download from Apple's iPhone App Store.
