Optibase’s Media Gateway (MGW) platforms provide MPEG-4/H.264 encoding and streaming, offering high-quality video at low bit rates required for live news broadcasts.
Optibase’s MGW H.264 solution and ESSA’s transmission equipment provide Canal33 with the ability to broadcast live local news. Live footage is transmitted from OB vans via satellite to the Canal33 headend.
