The Radio-Television News Directors Association elected new officers last week at RTNDA@NAB in Las Vegas.
They include:
- Dan Shelly, news director and assistant program director at WTMJ-AM in Milwaukee as chairman;
- Bob Priddy, news director of Missourinet in Jefferson City, MO, as board member and chairman of the Radio and Television News Directors Foundation;
- Angie Kucharski, vice president/station manager at WBZ-TV in Boston, as chair elect;
- Loren Tobia, account executive at AccuWeather, as treasurer;
- Janice Gin, associate news director, KTVU-TV, Oakland, CA, as director at large;
- Susana Schuler, vice president/corporate news director, Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Irving, TX, as director at large;
- Brian Trauring, news director, WTVG-TV, Toledo, OH, as director at large.
