RTVV relies on WINDPACs for clear sports sound

Radio Television Valenciana (RTVV) has purchased 22 DPA WINDPAC-L microphone windshield systems.

The WINDPAC-L is an ultra-lightweight, multi-mic compatible, wind-proofing solution for location sound. It is composed of a shock mount and a collapsible windshield and weighs 10.5oz.

The RTVV WINDPACs are mainly being used with the broadcaster’s OB vans to cover sporting events. Since the purchase, RTVV has used the WINDPACS have improved the quality of sound gathered outside. Even in heavy rain, the sound of a game is still crystal clear.

Spanish distributor SeeSound sold RTVV the DPA WINDPAC-L windshields.
