Sony, MOG Solutions announce XDCAM compatibility with theScribe

Sony and MOG Solutions' have formed a partnership.

Content captured on Sony's XDCAM professional disc system is now fully compatible with MOG Solutions’ theScribe application.

This seamless interoperability allows a wider range of customers to realize the significant workflow benefits of the XDCAM. Field crews can transfer either the proxy or full-quality video files to their laptop and start logging relevant metadata from the shooting location. This allows video files to contain annotation at all times for easy cataloging into the media asset management system or archive.
