VBrick Systems has launched VBoss (VBrick Online Streaming Service) Broadcast, a live, plug-and-play video broadcasting service that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Silverlight.

VBoss Broadcast makes broadcasting simple by providing what’s necessary to go live instantly. The VBoss service provides the VBrick appliance for use on location, online streaming service, and automatic remote configuration and management. Additionally, it provides multiplatform video viewing pages along with simple cut-and-paste code that lets broadcasters insert their live video into an existing Web site.

VBoss Broadcast facilitates video distribution through a VBrick Windows Media Appliance that is automatically configured to encode and distribute live video from a camcorder, VCR, video mixer or other source.
