How can broadcasters adding mobile DTV service do so in the least painful way? That will be the thrust of Richard Chernock’s presentation during the SBE Ennes Workshop April 10 in Las Vegas at the 2010 NAB Show.
The Triveni Digital chief technology officer will examine some of the more obvious issues, like adding or modifying encoders, multiplexers and transmitters. He also will explore some of the less obvious considerations, such as the impact adding mobile DTV has on workflow and the best way to handle metadata.
