The current edition of FCC Form 397, the Equal Employment Opportunity Form entitled "Broadcast Mid-Term Report," is available for electronic filing, the FCC announced last week.
The only broadcasters required to file FCC Form 397 are television employment units with five or more full-time employees and radio employment units with 11 or more full-time workers.
Licensees should file four years after they last filed an application for license renewal.
Instructions for use of the electronic filing system are available in the CDBS User's Guide, which can be accessed from the electronic filing website.
