Trump Marina recently told Specialized Communications, “You’re Hired.” The Smithsburg, MD, firm is providing its SignFlashT dynamic digital signage solution to help promote Trump Marina's "Ultimate Deal II," a Labor Day weekend giveaway at the Atlantic City, NJ, casino. Trump Marina’s new digital signage solution runs video, graphics and text rolls to inform guests of two ways to win — once a week with an instant-win game card or the big draw on September 4, when Donald Trump will personally hand out $100,000.
Trump Marina selected the system in part for its ease of content updates, says Massimo Colella, sales manager for Specialized Communications. The text rolls are currently running an up-to-date schedule of events and the Marina is able to update that info remotely. Trump Marina is displaying the digital signage on two 42-inch Panasonic plasma displays (also provided by Specialized Communications) in the atrium of the casino. The plasmas are featured along with a secure cabinet that holds $100,000 in a briefcase. Trump also plans to leverage the signage beyond the Labor Day promotion as a long-term, replacement to the static posters used in all types of promotions.
