WorldNow and Magid Media Futures this week jointly deployed two comprehensive surveys for local TV station Web sites to find more out about those visiting the sites of WorldNow customers.
WorldNow provides Internet technology, content and revenue generating solutions to 280 local media Web sites.
A key focus of the surveys is on developing video usage on the Web in local markets. The aim of the survey is to let WorldNow gather local market research that benefits individual customer stations in their efforts to grow audience and revenue through digital media.
The pair also surveyed local online news and information consumers currently using local sites other than those served by WorldNow to gain a better understanding of online consumer attitudes toward the sites.
