Belarus TV selects Front Porch Digital

Belarus TV, a new Belarusian channel, has added a digital video archive from Front Porch Digital that is powered by DIVArchive.

The DIVArchive system went live Aug. 1. Front Porch installed its product in partnership with the Lithuanian company TVT. The system architecture is structured around two Omneon Spectrum video servers, an IBM tape library and an automation system from SGT.

DIVArchive is middleware that enables interoperability between large digital media storage devices, video servers, editing systems and digital media workflow applications.
