Brick House Video will introduce the HD versions of its Callisto video switcher and Proteus standards converter at NAB2006.

The company will also show new features for its existing Proteus. An aspect ratio conversion function is available as an option. The unit addresses lip sync errors with a fully integrated audio delay and synchronization (up to several seconds) in a highly compact unit.

New options for the existing Callisto range of hybrid SDI/composite switchers, include a new audio module that provides silent audio switching with cross fade options. Another, Callisto-F, incorporates pushbutton controls on the front panel as well as the industry standard control interface to allow direct operation without the need for a remote control panel.
