Five Chinese broadcasters are acquiring Harris Atlas DTV660 transmitters.
The Harris Broadcast Communications Division has signed a deal to supply its Atlas DTV660 DVB-T transmitters to five Chinese broadcasters.
Yunnan TV, Heilongjiang TV, Zhejiang TV, Chongqing TV, and Hangzhou TV selected Harris’ Atlas DTV660 transmitters, ranging from 1.5- to 3.4kWs, as well as a selection of low-power DVB-T transmitter and exciter products.
The Atlas DTV660's range features an integrated network adapter for telecom networks and integrated DVB-T receivers for re-transmission applications.
It includes a continuously updated user interface and its modular design not only eases servicing, but can expand as the needs of an operation evolve.
