Version 3.0 of vsnmatic now offers multi-user editing in the same playlist and use of video clip metadata by the character generator to display data info in real-time.
JustEdit has announced new versions of its vsnmatic, vsnnews, vsncg and vsnarchive.
Version 3.0 of vsnmatic, a master control room playout and automation system, features multi-user remote access and modification of a playing rundown; multi-user editing in the same playlist; and use of video clip metadata by the character generator to display data info in real-time.
vsnnews now offers MXF support and improved functionality for workstations.
vsncg now includes manual/automatic broadcast of live data tickers; SMS applications and generic data from external links (XML files, ODBC, METAR files, SMS, RSS feeds); unlimited real-time layers and simultaneous automatic/manual title insertion.
vsnarchive features support for digital media such as DVDs, detachable disks and Blu-ray discs to archive material as an alternative to videotape.
