ITU recommends K-WILL double-stimulus video quality measurement



K-WILL’s VP21S and VP21H are double-stimulus video-quality evaluation systems that perform detailed measurement and comparison of a reference and copy videos on a real-time and fully automated basis.
Double-stimulus video quality measurement techniques developed by K-WILL have recently been evaluated and recommended by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

K-WILL's system meets all the requirements for J.144, the ITU ratified standards recommendation on objective perceptual video quality measurement techniques for digital cable television in the presence of a full reference. K-WILL's VP21S and VP21H are double-stimulus video quality evaluation systems that perform detailed measurement and comparison of reference and copy videos on a real-time and fully automated basis.
