Thomson to highlight LDK4000 HD camera, LDK 400 SD camera at NAB2005

Thomson will highlight several video production products at NAB2005, including Grass Valley brand cameras, production switchers and other products.

Among the products to be shown are:

• LDK 4000 camera supporting 1080i and 720p production, offering low-power consumption and Dynamic Pixel Management;
• LDK 400 camera, a compact, SD camera with a 14-bit A/D converter with switchable 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratio support;
• Kayak HD production switcher, a two M/E production switcher supporting 1080i and 720p formats; 10-bit video processing; up to 48 inputs; four keyers per M/E and up to 24 outputs;
• The DMAX initiative, the company’s “single-supplier integration partner” initiative designed to help customers capitalize on digital technology investment.
