Latens Systems supplies PVR to Com Net

Latens Systems, a supplier of software-based conditional access, has supplied a secure IPTV-based personal video recorder (PVR) to Com Net, an Ohio-based company offering telecommunication services to 21 Independent Local Exchange Companies (ILECs).

The secure IPTV solution is comprised of Latens’ FCAS security system integrated with Minerva’s iTVManager IPTV platform running with Amino’s AmiNET500.

Latens’ FCAS system is a standards-compliant conditional access system optimized for the broadband IPTV market.
