Argiva is using a Custom Consoles MCR desk (foreground) and in-line engineering desk in its digital terrestrial television multiplex at its broadcast media center.
British broadcast and communications network provider Arqiva has chosen Custom Consoles furniture and monitor support equipment for the digital terrestrial television (DTT) multiplex control room at its broadcast media center near London's Heathrow airport.
The new installation includes a five-unit curved master control room desk and dual-unit in-line engineering desk, both from the Custom Consoles Module-R range. Twelve Ergotron adjustable LCD monitor arms also have been supplied, mounted along the rear edge of the MCR desk. Six additional Ergotron arms are located on the engineering desk. Both desks incorporate cable ducts carrying data to and from the computer-floor via high-strength profiled metal legs.
