BOOM to highlight Oceano’Cam system

At IBC2009,BOOM will showcase its Oceano’Cam system, a lightweight, underwater HD camera system that can shoot at depths of up to 1600ft.

Oceano’Cam includes a modular structure, a camera chamber, a power supply chamber, a pan/tilt head, two LEDs lights, one LED spotlight, 1968ft of optical fiber cable and a complete HD recorder unit.

The unit’s camera chamber supports a 1080i HD three-CCD broadcast camera with 5.5x22 zoom lens, an HD-SDI-to-optical and optical-to control data converter, light controls, and pan, tilt and zoom setup. Signals are transmitted via a strong four optic-fibers cable.

The remote control panel on the surface provides access to all of the menus for camera, zoom lens, pan-and-tilt head, and lighting level settings.
