ILC to unveil MaxView Scenario scheduling and provisioning system

Aug 28, 2003 12:00 PM

ILC will demonstrate the newest capabilities of its MaxView network control software that lets broadcasters control an entire DTV network from ingest to playout.

MaxView's newly released scheduling and provisioning system, MaxView Scenario, will be on display. It is a booking system that automates resource allocation and conflict resolution to improve program distribution.

MaxView improves the operational efficiency of hybrid networks, encompassing studio, station, ingest, satellite network, transmitter sites, playlist automation, multicast digital streams, legacy analog equipment, signal quality monitoring (SQM), IP/fiber/microwave backbone, and building environmentals and security.
