CastUP, a developer of IP streaming media products and content distribution systems, has announced an end-to-end video delivery solution for Apple’s iPhone.

The CastUP technology provides the framework for video content to be delivered to the iPhone via multiple delivery mechanisms including live broadcast and video-on-demand­­ — using either streaming or progressive download. Content can be delivered to the iPhone using adaptive streaming technology over WiFi and 3G networks.

CastUP also allows for encryption and multichannel delivery while supporting multiple variations of the H.264 advanced codec.
