At NAB2006, da Vinci Systems will showcase an expanded product line based on its Resolve digital mastering suite.
Supported by three distinct hardware configurations and its PowerPlant programmable hardware acceleration, the Resolve FX, Resolve DI and Resolve RT systems are each designed to address specific post-production applications and are optimized for varying resource demands. All feature da Vinci's color enhancement toolset combined with nonlinear conforming tools.
The company also will demonstrate version 4.0, an improved toolset for its 2K Plus color enhancement system. Demonstrations will include the ColorTrace, a system that lets colorists update color decision lists automatically to match any editorial changes made to the program material.
