Dome Productions, a Canadian teleproduction company, has integrated DNF Controls’ ST300 slow motion controller into Majestic, the company's eighth mobile production unit.
Majestic hit the road April 1 and has been used for live MLB, NHL and NBA games as well as several concerts.
On board are six DNF ST300 units controlling a Sony HDCAM, Panasonic D5 and HD DVCPRO VTRs and EVS servers.
The compact ST300 slow motion controller gives operators quick, easy and reliable control. The ST300 allows operators to mark and recall up to 100 cue points per VTR quickly, and the T-bar provides smooth, slow-motion playout. The controller's set-up menu allows users to configure the controller.
