Escenic to offer Software as a Service

Content management solution provider Escenic will begin offering is flagship applications, including the Escenic Content Engine and Escenic Content Studio, as Software as a Service (SaaS).

By embracing SaaS, the company is offering customers low initial investments, no server maintenance and hassle-free data backup and storage. The service initially is being offered for customers in the United States. Escenic is building its own SaaS resource center to manage the service and will engage a range of partners to complete the offering. Escenic expects to be serving customers as soon as Q4 2009.
