Euphonix has released version 1.4 software for the MC Pro and System 5-MC professional controllers.

The new software offers enhancements for operation with Pro Tools, Logic Pro 8, Nuendo, Pyramix and Mackie Control applications, such as Final Cut Pro and Soundtrack Pro. The new software also includes 96kHz support and a new touch-screen GUI interface for Studio Monitor Express, the surround monitoring application that is included with MC Pro and System 5-MC.

MC Pro and System 5-MC are professional control surfaces that communicate with multiple software applications and workstations using the Euphonix high-speed EuCon control protocol over Ethernet. EuCon allows connectivity to native EuCon applications, such as Logic Pro, Nuendo and Pyramix, as well as transports HUI and Mackie Control protocols for applications such as Pro Tools and Final Cut Pro.
