EVS unveils native HD support for CleanEdit

At IBC2006, EVS unveiled native HD support for CleanEdit Suite, a production system specifically designed for sports and news.

The latest CleanEdit is fully integrated with newsroom computer systems via the MOS protocol and is compatible with external archive systems.

The EVS CleanEdit allows multiple users to take advantage of a common pool of media via a reliable system. It offers ingest applications with ingest scheduler and VTR control, browsing, clipping and media management, editing in proxy or high resolution in native HD and SD formats and immediate playout.
